  1. Edward Cullen, cuz
    1) he's an insult to the vampire look, with all that glittering in the sun crap. Real vampires don't sparkle in sunlight, they die >.>
    2) he's a 200-something year old pedophile-stalker who watches a 17 year old while she sleeps.

  2. The voultori from Twilight because
    1) They are pure evil
    2) They have no respect for human life
    3) They kill without mercy
    4) They have an agenda and want the most powerful vampires in their group
    5) They use all situations to their advantage to eliminate their problems even if they are wrong.

  3. Jonathan Morgenstern (a.k.a. Sebastian Verlac) from The Mortal Instruments series is the biggest baddest villain because:
1.) He killed the real Sebastian Verlac to take his identity
2.) He seduced his sister when she didn't know that he was actually her brother
3.) He killed Max Lightwood, an innocent child
4.) He practically possessed Jace Wayland
5.) He wants to burn down the world
    6.) He is half demon
7.) He killed Hodge Starkweather, a teacher who proved himself innocent
8.) He wants to create a new demonic race of Shadowhunters
9.) He raised a Greater Demon to rule this new Shadowhunter race
10.) He wants to torture and kill his sister after he turns her into one of the new demonic race of Shadowhunters

  7. I would have to say Sauron from The Lord of the Rings!

In case you aren't familiar with Sauron or The Lord of the Rings, he's the single evil force in the novels that threatens anyone who gets in his way. He has one motive - power. He wants, feels, needs for complete control over all of Middle-earth. He would do anything to gain complete power, even if it means betraying comrades, killing numerous but innocent people, or destroying the world.

One of his attempts involved a set of rings, which would control the minds of those who wore them. He attempted to trick the Elves by pretending to teach them and work together with them, although eventually, his plan backfired when the Elves took off their rings, sensing Sauron's true intentions. Enraged, Sauron destroyed the land where the rings were made, also destroying anyone in their paths as well as a building 600 years in progress. Luckily, the Elves enlisted the help of Númenor, thankfully defeating Sauron, or so what they thought for a while.

(On a side note, regarding the last paragraph. Nine people were enslaved by Sauron, and became his slaves. If the Elves had not recognized Sauron's intentions, the Middle-Earth would have been corrupted and doomed)

Of course, Sauron was not yet dead. He planned to retrieve the strongest Ring of Power, the One Ring, which happened to be in possession of the Hobbit, Baggins. To summarize, in order to get this ring, he sent his armies out to various formerly-peaceful lands, killing anyone they happened to encounter, old or young, strong or weak, innocent or not. These citizens haven't done anything, but Sauron, who is on his quest to seek power, kills them in order to fulfill his hunger.

Here are some of the things Sauron did in order to attempt to obtain the One Ring:
    - Gathering large armies of Orcs in order to slay and torture Men from various regions.
    - Brutally torturing a creature (Gollum) who had previously obtained the ring in order to find the next owner, Biggins. Although Gollum was already driven crazy by the power of the ring, it's needless to say that Sauron further damaged Gollum's already fragile state.
    - When creating the rings, he also poured in evil consciousness into them. Therefore, whoever wore the ring was consumed by these evil feelings. This corrupted many individuals, forever ruining their lives.

Finally, done :D Hopefully I didn't ramble too much o-o

  9. The worst literary Villain of all time is Darken Rahl from the Sword of Truth Series by Terry Good Kind

    1. Attempts and succeeds at gaining underworld power by traveling down to the spirit world
    2. he does this by training young boys to believe everyone else in the world has betrayed them and he is the only one who loves him
    3. he then kills the boys and turns their souls into horrible creature that act as a guide
    4. He commands a group of men and women who are trained from age twelve to torture and humiliate victims for months on end, holding them on the brink of death
    5. he, and other Mord-sith (Their Name) beat and rape these girls for year on end
    6. then watching their masters torture and kill their mother
    7. then forcing them to torture and kill their own father
    8. Captures and rapes unknown amounts of women, (one of which ends in the birth of the series hero)
    9. Attempts to enslave and conquer an entire continent using a massive army and creating fear
    10. some regiments in his army pretend to be from another country to help build fear and and doubt/love for Darken rahl
    11. this is accomplished by capturing, executing and raping whole towns
    12. When Darken Rahl is finally killed, he doesn't stay dead
    13. he instead attempts to help the Keeper in destroying all life in their world.
